Learn exercises that focus on building the foundation needed for every day mum life and returning to high intensity classes or sports.

Price List

Small groups - *Opening special 7th May – 3rd June:
Casual $12 per 1 hour class
From the 3rd June: 8 weeks = $96 ($12/class, 1 class per week )
*sign up for 8 weeks, but get a credit for the next round if you miss a session.

Personal Training - 1 person
*Opening special 7th May – 3rd June: Casual $50 per 1 hour session
From the 3rd June: $60 = 1 hour session
$500 = 10 x 1 hour sessions ($50 per session)

Personal Training - 2 people
*Opening special 7th May – 3rd June:
Casual $50 per 1 hour session ($25 each)
From the 3rd June: $60 = 1 hour session ($30 each)
$500 = 10 x 1 hour sessions ($25 each per session)

Personal Training - 3 people
*Opening special 7th May – 3rd June:
Casual $60 per 1 hour session ($20 each)
From the 3rd June: $75 = 1 hour session ($25 each)
$600 = 10 x 1 hour sessions ($20 each per session)

Nutrition & Health Coaching
$80 = 45 min consultation & meal plan
Included in the price is ongoing mentoring and advice
*50% off for PT clients
